As far back as I can remember I have been drawing or painting, making baskets or wielding clay.... you name it! I had such a passion that it seemed only natural to find a career in the arts. I graduated from Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. Although, initially my career path seemed to venture far from what I originally sought out to do, such as working in fashion and onward to textile design, I can say I'm lucky enough to be able to apply all these learned skills to a career I could have only dreamed of!~

My career came to life as I was planning my own wedding. Having a background in design, I leaped at the chance to put my skills to some good use. I thought of the invitation as an introduction to our wedding and wanted it to tell our story, to be unique, beautiful and romantic. I started by designing my own invitations and everything fell into place after that. I designed matching ceremony programs, seating cards, menus, flowers, lighting. This added the personal touch I was searching for and the response was overwhelming! Now I style events just for 'the Bride and Groom To Be' so they too can give their wedding that personal touch with absolute beauty and resonance. You can have the wedding you've always dreamed of!~

My Best Wishes,
Heather Baird Loya
